Upon registering for the relevant courses held at the Total Cultural Center, tuition is non-refundable. Any absence will require 24-hour notice to be given to the school and the tutorial provided by the instructor will need to be replaced. However, if the same lecture is held on a different day, you can attend that lecture for no additional charge. If you are taking an online course in another area, you cannot provide textbooks and any relevant information to others. Textbooks and all relevant information are the sole property of Total Art & Cultural Center and are strictly prohibited from any unauthorized disclosure, copying, distribution of the same. Recognizing that various learning outcomes can be obtained depending on the ability of the learner, I acknowledge that Total Art & Cultural Center shall not be responsible or liable for any personal safety occurrences during class
